摘要
在立法与融合理念背景下,帕金斯盲校不断发展,从传统的盲校发展成为辐射当地、全美乃至全球范围的特殊教育资源中心。文章从帕金斯盲校主体架构入手,分析了其改革措施和成功经验:成立社区部、大学预备部、网络学习部,保持原有的有声图书资源服务、国际服务、设备设施服务以及传统的学校功能。在此基础上,提出了我国特殊教育学校向特殊教育资源中心转型的发展建议。
Perkins School for the Blind has been moved towards becoming the biggest blind education resource center which provides services to local,whole country,even different countries in the word,under the background of legislation and inclusive ideal. The study aimed to analyze the reform measures and experiences: the establishment of the Community Program,College Successes,Perkins e Learning,maintain the function of Perkins Library,Perkins International service,Perkins Solution,Perkins School. On this basis,the author puts forward some strategies and suggestions for special schools on how to move towards becoming special education resource center in China.
