残疾儿童教育服务需求特征与供给优化研究——以N省为例

Demand Characteristics and Supply Optimization about Education Service to Children with Disabilities: A Case Study of N Province

基于N省残疾人基本服务与需求专项调查数据研究残疾儿童教育服务需求特征及影响因素发现,被调查的8552名未入学适龄残疾儿童对"特殊教育学校"和"送教上门"教育服务需求强烈。未入学残疾儿童教育服务需求存在"性别结构""类别结构"和"空间结构"显著性差异。增量残疾儿童教育服务供给在满足未入学残疾儿童教育服务需求的同时,还需结合其教育服务差异化特征精准设计制度,优化供给结构以提高供需匹配度。

There is a strong demand for＂special education schools＂and＂send to home＂education services for 8552 children who are out-of-school by analysis of demand characteristics and affecting factors on the survey data on basic service and demand to persons with disabilities of N Province. Also there are significant differences in the＂gender structure＂,＂category structure＂and＂spatial structure＂of the education service demand to children with disabilities. It suggests that we should increase supply of education services to children with disability to meet demand and optimize the supply structure to improve supply-demand matching of education services to children with disability too.
