Review and Reflection about the Enrollment System of Higher Education in the Past 40 Years

自1977年恢复高考招生制度以来，我国高考走过了40年风雨历程，有成就也有曲折。40年高考制度改革一直在路上，既取得了显著成绩及宝贵经验，也存在一些有待解决的问题。2014年颁布的高考新政对于促进教育公平、科学选拔人才，对于促进学生全面而有个性地发展，具有里程碑意义。

Forty years have passed after the enrollment system of higher education was resumed since 1977. These eventful years witnessed significant achievements,but there were still some prob lems remaining to be solved. The new policy published in 2014 is of milestone significance to the edu cational equality,the talents selection,and the comprehensive and sound development of student’s personality.
