A Preliminary Study on Undergraduate Theoretical Teaching of Environmental Law

生态文明时代法学理论生态化变革的潮流正在涌动,而以传统法学理论为基础进行环境法学理论教学已经不符合生态文明的时代要求,需要根据现代伦理观念进行革新。此外,环境法学理论教学应当避免走功利性的法学教育道路,以培养学生的生态文明法治精神和崭新的环境法人才为目标,注重环境法学理论教学内容的合理化设置,从而为生态文明法治建设服务。为此,应当重视环境法理论教学,并重构其内容,以适应时代之变迁与社会之需求。

In ecological civilization era, the irresistible momentum tide of the ecological change of legal theory is surging up. The traditional environmental legal theory-based teaching no longer met the requirements of the times, so innovations according to modern ethics were need. In addition, the theoretical teaching of environmental law should avoid the use of utilitarian law education, aim to cultivate students’ the spirit of rule of law of ecological civilization and environmental law talent, pay high attention to the rationalization of theoretical teaching contents of environmental law for serving the environmental legal system construction. Toward this end, environmental legal theory teaching should be highly valued and reconstruct the course’s content to adapt to the change of times and meet the need of society.
