摘要
"农村义务教育学生营养改善计划"实施至今已近六年,在切实改善农村学生营养状况、提高农村学生健康水平方面取得了可喜的成果。但是在深入调查中,学校暴露出大量的食品安全问题、营养搭配不均衡问题和营养餐浪费的问题。研究发现,营养餐的"供方"和"需方"均对这些问题有重要影响。文章基于贵州省兴义市的调查,总结"营养改善计划"存在的问题,建立供需双方的影响因素模型,分析影响"营养改善计划"实施效果的因素。为使"计划"切实达到效果,控制和改善这些因素是必要的。
Ithasbeenaboutsixyearssince the Students' Nutrition Improvement Plan in Compulsory Education in Rural Areas was set afoot. It made great achievements in nutrition improving and health promotion of rural students. But withsome in-depth investigations, problems come into light. There are plenty of food safety problems, nutrition disequilibrium problemsand food waste in those rural schools.The study found that both the provider and the demander of the food are responsible for the problems. Based on the investigation in Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, this article summarizes the problems in the implementation of the Students' Nutrition Improvement Plan, builds a model of influencing factors, and analyzes those factors. It is much too necessary to control those factors to make the Plan work.
