摘要
目的:研究虫蛀白芷是否还有资源利用价值。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定10批虫蛀白芷中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量,并且比较各批虫蛀前后欧前胡素的含量变化。…结果:虫蛀白芷中仍含有较多的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素,其中欧前胡素含量均高于2015版《中国药典》白芷项下含量测定的标准,且虫蛀前后欧前胡素变化不呈现有规律的下降趋势,且与虫蛀程度也无相关性。结论:虫蛀白芷仍然具有价值,可以作为提取欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的原料药。
Objective：To research the value of Angelicae dahuricae Radix damaged by worms.Method：The contents of imperatorin and isoiperatorin in 10 batches Angelicae dahuricae Radix damaged by worms were detected by HPLC.The data were compared between sample before and after damage.Result：Angelicae dahuricae Radix damaged by worms still contained imperatorin and isoiperatorin.And the content of imperatorin met the requirements of Angelicae dahuricae Radix in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The change of imperatorin content during the worm damage process didn＇t show a regular downtrend and had no relationship with the worm damage.Conclusion：Angelicae dahuricae Radix damaged by worms still has the value to be used as the raw material to extract imperatorin and isoiperatorin.
