基于君药本质对炙甘草汤君药探讨

Discrimination fried gancao decoction monarch-herb based on the essence of the monarch-herb

历代医家对炙甘草汤中君药判定一直是争议不断。本研究从历代对君药的认识出发确定君药本质应遵循两原则,即以药量确定君药原则:实际药量需转化为相对药量;以主病主证判定君药原则:君药味数无限制。结合两原则分析炙甘草汤,得出炙甘草应为炙甘草汤中君药的结论。

Physicians of different dynasties have always been controversial about monarch drug in the fried Gancao decoction.In the study,we insist that the essence of the monarch drug must follow two principles from different dynasty＇s view.On one hand,the actual dose must be turned into the relative dose in deciding the monarch drug.On the other hand,the monarch drug is determined by primary disease and primary symptom,and the quantity of monarch drug can be unlimited.Then the fried Gancao decoction is analyzed according to the two principles,and we conclude that the monarch drug of the fried Gancao decoction is fried Gancao.
