关于我国药品价格谈判机制的研究

Research on the mechanism of Chinese pharmaceutical price negotiation

"看病贵"已成为目前人民生活中的突出问题,而药品价格过高是导致"看病贵"的一个重要原因,公立医院药品价格过高的现象尤为严重。针对这一现象,国家提出的"药品价格谈判机制"是降低费用的有效途径之一,本文就药品价格谈判机制的国外现状进行对比,对我国药品价格谈判机制初探进行分析,对我国建立药品价格谈判机制提出一些建议,在政策落地实施时扬长避短。

＂High medical costs＂ has become the prominent problem in the current people＇s life,and high drug price is an important cause of the ＂ High medical costs＂.The phenomenon is particularly serious that public hospital drug prices too high.In reaction to the problem,＂drug price negotiation mechanism＂ is put forward by the country which is one of the effective ways to reduce costs.In this paper,the present situation of drug price negotiations mechanism between foreign country and China is compared,and the preliminary mechanism of drug price negotiations in our country is analyzed.Then,some proposals are puts forward to establish drug price negotiation mechanism in our country for good policy implementation.
