摘要
以微带缝隙耦合天线为基本模型设计反射波相位可重构的天线单元。通过改变加载在微带线上的变容二极管的两端电压改变变容二极管内部电容以重构反射波相位,从而降低飞行器的雷达反射截面值,提高天线的隐身性能。研究表明:设计的可重构天线单元,不仅能够改变反射波相位达到358度,还可以同时作为发射单元,其方向系数高,与发射信号匹配好、增益高。
The problem of a phase-reconfigurable antenna unit is studied within the theoretical framework of a varactortuned based aperture-coupled element. In order to reduce the Radar Cross Section of the antenna and increase its invisibility,this paper,by adjusting the outside voltage of varactors,builds a phase reconfigurable model on changing inside capacitance of varactors. The results show that the antenna unit can not only be used as a reconfigurable reflectarray,but also can be used as a radiation element. The model allows continuous tuning of the reflected signal's phase about a 358 degree range and shows an impressive radiation pattern.
