摘要
化工设备在使用过程中的腐蚀现象是不可回避的问题,产生腐蚀会给化工设备的使用带来诸多安全隐患,缩短其使用寿命,因此在化工设备制造时就必须采取切实有效的防腐措施,以延缓或者避免腐蚀的发生,从而延长化工设备的使用寿命,促进安全生产。氟化工行业因流程中普遍含有氢氟酸等强腐蚀性介质,对有温度变化或气液相变化的换热设备的防腐蚀能力要求更为苛刻。总结了镍磷合金镀和新型防腐涂料组合的防腐方式在氟化工换热设备中的试用情况及效果,是对氟化工设备经济、有效的防腐蚀方法的一种探索。
The corrosion of chemical equipment is an inevitable problem in the chemical process,which bring a lot of security hidden danger,and shorten the service life of chemical equipment. So it is necessary to take concrete and effective corrosion protection measures in the manufacture of chemical equipment to delay or prevent the occurrence of corrosion so as to prolong the service life of chemical equipment and promote safe production. There are lots of corrosive mediums in the fluorine chemical process such as hydrofluoric acid which has strong causticity.Equipment anticorrosion ability is more demanding when it is used in heat exchange equipment which has temperature change and gas liquid phase change. The paper summarized trial conditions and effect of Ni-P alloy plating and new type anticorrosion coating combination in fluorine chemical heat exchange equipment. It is a kind of exploration which aims to seek an economic and effective anticorrosion method of fluorine chemical equipment.
