摘要
介绍了ODS清洗剂替代品九氟丁基醚物理性质、环保性能、清洗能力以及材料兼容性能。九氟丁基醚作为CFCs及HCFCs类清洗剂的替代品,其清洗效能优于CFCs,是唯一具有四大环保与安全特质的CFCs替代品。对3M公司氢氟醚的生产工艺进行了简单的讨论,生产工艺难度大。
The physical properties,environmental performance and materials compatibility of HFE-7100 were introduced in this paper. As substitutes of CFCs,HCFCs detergent,HFE-7100 has excellent cleaning ability,is the only one which have four major environmental and safety features of CFCs substitutes. The production process of 3M HFE-7100 was discussed,the production process was difficult.
