保留大隐静脉属支的主干次高位结扎加点式剥脱术的治疗体会

The experience of persisting branch of great saphenous vein and secondarily high saphenous vein ligation and small incisional stripping of varices operation

目的观察大隐静脉曲张患者行大隐静脉主干次高位结扎加点式剥脱术并且保留大隐静脉属支的术后复发率。方法选取2010—2015年河北衡水饶阳县人民医院收治的320例行手术治疗的大隐静脉曲张患者,随机分为对照组160例和实验组160例。对照组行传统手术,切断大隐静脉的所有属支并且高位结扎主干;实验组保留大隐静脉属支,行主干次高位结扎加剥脱术。对比2组的临床效果。结果 2组患者的复发率无明显差异。结论保留大隐静脉属支并且行大隐静脉主干次高位结扎加点式剥脱术,疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the postoperative recurrence rate of patients with great saphenous vein varicosity who underwent secondarily high saphenous vein ligation plus small incisional stripping ofvarices and persisting the branch of great saphenous vein. Methods 320 cases of patients waiting for this surgery were selected. All patients were divided into control group 160 cases and experimental group 160 cases randomly. Control group was treated with traditional operation, which cut offthe entire branches and high ligated the main of the great saphenous vein. Experimental group didn＇t cut offthe branch and just high ligated the main of the great saphenous vein. At last, the result of two groups was compared. Result The result of the two surgeries had no different effects obviously. Conclusions The secondarily high ligation and stripping operation of great saphenous vein trunk, and preservation of great saphenous vein branch have a reliable curative effect. This method is worth promoting.
