下肢静脉血栓形成腔内治疗的研究进展

The research progress of endovascular treatment for lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis

静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)包括深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)和肺动脉栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)。其中下肢DVT包括一系列的病理生理过程,部分患者可发展为PE、血栓后综合征(post thrombotic syndrome,PTS),并最终导致死亡或残疾。腔内治疗具有保护静脉瓣膜功能及提高病变血管通畅率的作用,可以安全有效地降低PTS发生率。本文总结了下肢静脉血栓形成腔内治疗的研究进展,以期为今后的相关研究提供借鉴。

Venous thrombocmbolism （VTE） includes deep vein thrombosis （DVT） and pulmonary embolism （PE）. Lowerextremity DVT including a series of pathophysiological process, is a common cause of PE and post thrombotic syndrome （PTS）, late limb disability and even death. Endovascular treatment has the function of protecting venous valve and improving the pateney rate of lesion vessels, which can be safely and effeetively to reduce the rate of PTS. This paper summaries the research progress of endovascular treatment for lower-extremity DVT, in order to provide references for future research.
