According to the common pathogenic factors such as venous reflux, venous reflux disorder and congenital dysplasia in chronic lower extremity venous disease, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of color Doppler ultrasonography. With the continuous improvement of the ultrasonic technology and the increase of the ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy, vascular surgeon has experienced a process from understanding, acceptance to recognition. Compared with expensive invasive angiography, noninvasive vascular ultrasound has the advantages of growing application, reducing the complications, saving the cost of patient＇s inspection.
