中美两国P2P网贷平台发展的运营模式对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Operation Mode between Chinese and American P2P Lending Platforms

中美两国P2P网贷平台为适应市场需求在运营模式上进行了创新,不同程度地出现了中介职能的偏移。美国此类平台在信息中介的职能上扩展了上下游业务范围,而我国同类型借贷平台则更多地介入投融资业务,承载了信用中介的功能。之所以出现这种差异,原因在于我国当前的征信体制不完善,导致信用审核的准确性降低,增加了信息服务中介对交易的介入程度,增大了行业系统性风险。完善我国该类型平台的中介职能、建立全国层面征信体系和平台监管制度对我国P2P网贷平台的下一步发展具有重要意义。

In the process of adapting to the market,Chinese and American P2P lending platforms have diverged with regard to their operation mode and intermediary functions.While American platforms have expanded their business to the upstream and downstream serving as an information agent,similar platforms in our country are more involved in the financing business taking the role of a credit intermediary.The reason for this difference lies in the immaturity of our current credit reporting,which has led to the reduced accuracy of credit audit and more involvement of information service agent,increasing the systemic risk of the industry.For the future development of P2P lending platforms in China,it is important for our country to improve the intermediary function of these platforms,and establish and perfect the domestic credit rating system and platform supervision system.
