摘要
从概念到实践,治理理论在国内的地方教育发展中得到了彰显,地方基础教育治理在取得成绩的同时,依然存在着教育行政的双重限制、市场力量的逐利取向、中介组织的承接缺位等问题。研究者与实践者应在共同确定整体目标的前提下,提炼本土教育管理经验,明确教育行政组织的主导,规范市场力量的进入,培育教育中介组织,促进地方基础教育的优质均衡发展。
Governance theory has, from conception education of China. Although achievements have been still exist like the double restriction of education and to practice, been much highlighted in the development of local made in the local basic education governance, many problems administration, the profit tendency of market powers, and the absence of intermediary organizations in connection. Both researchers and practitioners should, on the premise of jointly setting the overall goal, summarize the experience of education management, understand the predomination of educational executive organizations, regulate the entry of market powers, establish the intermediary organizations of education and promote the balanced development of local basic education.
