摘要
当前的教师考核制度不同程度地存在教师主体参与缺失、个性参与缺失以及主动参与缺失的现象。建构教师考核制度中的"教师参与"应从以下几个方面着手:建构主体参与,体现教师的主人翁意识;建构个性参与,关注教师的个性特点;建构主动参与,改善教师的工作状态。教师考核制度中的"教师参与"必然会促成教师的幸福体验和快乐成长。
There is a varying degree of absence of teacher participation, personality participation and active participation in the current teacher evaluation system.The following aspects should he considered in the construction of teacher evaluation system.Firstly, we should construct the subject participation to embody teachers' sense of ownership; secondly,we should construct the personality participation to care for the personal characteristics of teachers; and thirdly, we should construct the active participation to improve the working condition of teachers. "Teacher participation" in the teacher evaluation system will inevitably contribute to teachers' happiness and growth.
