摘要 目的综述有关腕式体动仪在航空航天及相关作业群体睡眠卫生保障中的应用研究进展。资料来源与选择国内外该领域的相关文献资料。资料引用引用公开发表的文献资料30篇。资料综合回顾了有关腕式体动仪在航空航天及相关作业群体睡眠卫生保障中的应用研究进展。腕式体动仪是基于记录腕部活动并根据睡眠与觉醒的活动差对机体的睡眠一觉醒状态进行分析估算的设备。研究表明,腕式体动仪不仅可用于普通倒班工作人群、航空航天及相关作业群体的睡眠监测和作业疲劳评估;而且可用于上述作业群体睡眠卫生保障措施的效果评估,例如,在睡眠不足条件下安排小睡的效果评价、合理应用催眠与促醒药物对睡眠与觉醒功能的影响评估以及预防长时间连续作业疲劳的嗜睡状态监测预警技术研发等。结论腕式体动仪具有可接受性强、经济性好、操作简便、结果可信度较高等优点,已在航空航天及相关作业群体睡眠卫生保障中得到了广泛应用。实际工作中,视情结合其他相关方法的应用,可进一步提高检测评估效能。 Objective To review the research advances related to the application of wrist actigraphy on sleep care for the population working on aerospace and related professions. Literature resource and selection Relevant articles published in China and abroad. Literature quotation Thirty published references were cited. Literature synthesis The research advances related to the application of wrist actigraphy on sleep care in aerospace and the related working professions. Wrist actigraphy is the equipment for analyzing and estimating humanr s sleep-arousal state based on recording wrist movements and the motion differences between bodyPs sleep and wake states. Researches have showed that the actigraphy could be used not only for sleep monitoring and work fatigue evaluation of ordinary working shift population, aerospace and related professions, but also for evaluating the effects of sleep care measures for them, such as evaluating the effects of napping in case of sleep insufficiency and rational use of hypnotic and arousal-promoting drugs on sleep and wakefulness, as well as the technology development for monitoring the drowsiness in long-term continuous working fatigue and early warning. Conclusions Actigraphy has shown its benefits on high acceptability, economy, simple operation, reliable results etc., and has been widely used in the sleep care for the population working on aerospace and related professions. Combined with other methods in practice it would offer more monitoring and assessing performance.
