摘要
通过浸渍法制备了一系列Rh/AlF_3催化剂,考察了催化剂对气相裂解1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC-245fa)脱HF生成1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)的催化性能。利用XRD、NH3-TPD和Raman等表征手段分析了所制备催化剂的结构、表面酸性及反应后催化剂的积炭情况。试验结果表明:Rh的添加有利于HFC-245fa气相裂解制备HFO-1234ze,这与添加Rh后催化剂表面酸量增加有关,制备的Rh/AlF_3催化剂对HFO-1234ze的选择性影响较小,选择性均高达99%。对比300℃条件下Rh/AlF_3催化剂的稳定性图和Raman表征结果可知:Rh的添加可以延缓反应过程中的积炭现象,提高催化剂的使用寿命。
A series of Rh/AlF3 catalysts were prepared by an impregnation method and tested for vapor-phase dehydrofluorination of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane(HFC-245 fa) to synthesize 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene(HFO-1234 ze).Meanwhile,the structure properties,surface acidity and carbon deposition conditions of the prepared catalysts were analyzed by XRD,NH3-TPD and Raman spectroscopy.The results showed that the presence of Rh was beneficial to the conversion of HFC-245 fa.The surface acidic amounts of the catalysts played a key factor to improve catalytic initial activity.Simultaneously,the selectivity of different Rh/AlF3 catalysts to HFO-1234 ze was negligible,which was up to 99%.However,contrasting the stability of the Rh/AlF3 catalysts at 300 ℃ and Raman spectroscopic analysis results,the addition of Rh could delay the carbon deposition during the reaction and improved the service life of the catalysts.
