摘要
氟哒嗪草酯是日本住友化学推出的哒嗪酮类除草剂品种,具有高效、低毒和对环境友好的特点,用于防治大豆、玉米田的阔叶杂草,目前其在中国申请专利已经到期,但仍未在国内登记。以2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯氧乙酸乙酯为原料,经还原等5步反应得到氟哒嗪草酯,分子结构用核磁共振氢谱表征。产品的质量分数为95%,总收率为45.1%。
Flufenpyr-ethyl is pyridazine herbicide containing fluorine atom,which has the advantage of high activity,safety and low toxicity.Using ethyl 2-(2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrophenoxy) acetate as starting material,flufenpyr-ethyl was synthesized via five steps.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by1 H NMR.The purity of flufenpyr-ethyl was 95%,and the total yield of synthetic route was 45.1%.
