摘要
四氟乙烯(TFE)是重要的含氟单体,利用回收的TFE生产高价值产品HFC-125是一种成功的实践。综合铜洗脱CO工艺、TFE生产的气体处理和精馏工艺^([1])、TFE法生产HFC-125反应工艺等多种技术的应用,从理论上分析提高产品纯度的方案,提出整体回收TFE生产HFC-125的设计方案。
Tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) is an important fluorine-containing monomer. The recovered TFE has been successfully applied to produce high value product(HFC-125). This paper introduced the application of different technologies to produce HFC-125,like CO removal by cuprammonia solution,treatment and distillation of recovered TFE,TFE route to produce HFC-125. And author theoretically analysised the product purity improvement plan and provided design plan of HFC-125 production by integrally recovered TFE.
