秩序生活的形成与发展,标志着人类理性文明的不断成熟,在这个过程中,需要人们遵从思维规范、信守公共规则、养成公共意识,从而充分体现人的自由本性。虽然中外文化根基不同、土壤有别,但人类所形成的各种逻辑思想都是理性活动自我反思的结果,并在满足秩序生活对思维规范、秩序意识的迫切需求中生成。秩序生活体现逻辑规范的内在运行特性,逻辑理性参与秩序生活、涵养社会规范、规约交往行为,为人类精神文化取向融入理性智慧,也为当代社会生活的有序发展提供法律、道德重建的思维准则。逻辑以其理性特质协调人们思维方式的构成要素,并从思维的规范性要求出发,促使秩序意识转化为思维习惯,进而对公共生活的有序性产生影响。

The formation and development of orderly life mark the constant maturity of human rational civilization. In this process, humans are required to follow the thinking normality, keep the public rules and cultivate public consciousness, thus fully embodying their liberal nature. Although Chinese Chinese and foreign culture have different bases and foundations, all kinds of logical thoughts are results from the self- reflection of rational activities, and come into being in the satisfaction of the urgent needs of thinking normality and order consciousness in orderly life. Orderly life embodies the inherent operating characteristics of logical norms. Logical rationality participates in orderly life, fosters social norms and regulates communicative behaviors, so as to instill rational wisdom into human spiritual and cultural orientations, and to provide legal and moral reconstructions with thinking norms for the orderly development of contemporary social life. Logic, which is characterized with its rationality, coordinates the constituent elements of thinking mode. It also turns order consciousness into thinking habit from the normative requirement of thinking, and has an effect on the orderliness of public life.
