基于正交试验的车身加强板拉延成形多目标优化 被引量:4

Multi-objective optimization on strengthening plate in automobile body during drawing process based on orthogonal test

摘要 以汽车车身加强板为研究对象,针对其拉深成形过程中容易拉裂和起皱的问题,采用正交试验进行多目标优化试验方案的设计,以拉裂评价函数Φ1以及起皱评价函数Φ2作为目标函数,以压边力F、摩擦系数μ、分段式拉延筋的阻力系数P1和P2作为多目标优化影响因素,建立多目标优化模型,通过期望值的大小比较最终得到最优方案为:F=1400 kN、μ=0.12、P1=0.05、P2=0.3。最后在实际试模验证中得到的零件成形质量良好,满足零件实际使用的要求。 For the problems of crack and wrinkle of the strengthening plate in automobile body during drawing process,the multi-objective optimization experiments were designed by orthogonal test,and the multi-objective optimization model was established by setting the crack evaluation function Φ1 and wrinkle evaluation function Φ2 as the objective function and blank holding force F,friction coefficient μ,drawbeads resistance coefficient P1 and P2 as factors. In the end,the optimal solution was confirmed with F = 1400 kN,μ = 0. 12,P1 =0. 05,P2 = 0. 3 by comparing expected values. Finally,the quality of the parts obtained in the actual test verification was good,which met the requirements in actual use.
