模具二维装配图件号自动标注算法研究与系统开发 被引量:1

Algorithm research and system development of automated annotation for part number in 2D assembly drawing

摘要 模具二维装配图件号与明细表配合使用,是模具零件装配的重要依据。当前三维设计软件的件号自动标注无法实现规则排布及统计,且引线交叉混乱,需人工进行调整,耗时费力。因此,提出一种基于等分圆的件号自动标注算法,使得件号在装配视图周围按照规则排布,并将相同规格的同类零件合并到同一个标注中。将该算法无缝集成到NX软件平台,通过二维图的几何特征关联识别三维模型的装配零件,读取零件的件号属性,并自动在算法优化的位置标注件号。最后,通过一套模具的二维装配图件号自动标注,验证该算法和系统的有效性及实用性。结果表明,该算法和系统可实现件号的自动标注,并可以提供多种排布方式和标注样式,标注准确且效率较高。 The part number in 2D assembly drawing combining with BOM(Bill of Material) is an important basis for the assembly of die parts. At present,the automated annotation of part number by 3D design software cannot achieve the vegular arrangement and statistics,and the labels are serious overlap,which need to be adjusted through manual operation that cost lots of time and energy. Therefore,an automated annotation algorithm of part number was proposed based on the equant circle,and the labels of part number were arranged around the assembly drawing according to the rules merging the parts with the same specifications to one label. Then,the algorithm was seamlessly integrated into the NX software platform,the assembly die parts of 3D model were correlatiuely recognized by 2D geometric features,and the labels of part number were extracted and marked at the algorithmic optimization location automatically. Finally,the automated annotation of part number in 2D assembly drawing were conducted,and the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm and system were verified. The results show that the algorithm and system can annotate the part number automatically,and a variety of layouts and annotation styles can be also provided,which has the characteristics of high accuracy and efficiency.
