关于中国日本史研究若干问题的思考——兼评刘岳兵《“中国式”日本研究的实像与虚像》

Thoughts on Questions in the Study of Japanese History in China:A Review of Liu Yuebing's Book Real and Virtual Image of Japanese Studies in “Chinese Manner”

刘岳兵教授的《"中国式"日本研究的实像与虚像》一书,着重从学术史的角度梳理和回顾了1949年以来尤其是近三四十年间中国学界的日本史研究,对了解和把握中国日本史研究的基本脉络,促使中国学界进一步思考与探讨日本史研究乃至日本研究中存在的一些现象和问题,都很有帮助。该书所涉及的内容比较广泛,但大致可以将其归纳为如下几个问题,即"如何看待实证研究与理论之间的关系""如何看待学术性与致用性之间的关系""如何看待构建日本史研究中国学派"。在今天提出并探讨这些问题,对中国日本史研究来说,具有一定的学术价值和现实意义。

Professor Liu Yuebing’s book Real and Virtual Image of Japanese Studies in＂Chinese Manner＂made a special effort to tease out and review the study of Japanese history in Chinese academia since the founding of the PRC,especially in the past thirty to forty years.This book is conducive to understanding and grasping the basic clue of Japanese history,especially the history of Japanese thought.It is also helpful to prompt Chinese academic circles to further consider and discuss questions and phenomena existed in the study of Japanese history and Japan studies as well.Although the book covers a wide range of topics,it can be generalized into the following questions：how to view the relationship between theories and empirical studies;how to view the relationship between academic nature and usability,and how to view the construction of a Chinese School of the study of Japanese history.Undoubtedly,the discussion of these questions will bring academic values and realistic significance to China’s study of Japanese history.
