知识四维度:数学教师教育发展过程中的激励因素 被引量:3

摘要 英国剑桥大学研究团队T.Rowland、F.Turner和A.Thwaites等提出了一种观察、分析实习教师课堂教学的框架理论——知识四维度(KQ):基础知识、转化技能、衔接能力、应变能力。利用"知识四维度"理论对数学课堂进行分析、反思,对职前数学教师教育提供了一些有价值的启示:实习教师的学科知识必须通过教学实践才能被激活;在数学教学中例子的选择和使用有重要的作用;课程视频资料的不同用途;"知识四维度"有利于重温和反思教学过程等。
