摘要
飞机大型化是航空未来的趋势,复合材料的大量使用促进了钛合金材料的使用,大型钛合金结构的成型及制造困难一直困扰着航空制造业,钛合金激光成形技术是以金属粉末为原料,通过激光熔化沉积来形成零件结构的一种新型制造工艺,其促进了飞机大型复杂结构的设计及制造。通过分析激光成形技术在大型钛合金结构制造上的应用,表明了激光成形技术对未来大型钛合金结构制造的优势,对钛合金应用及制造具有重要意义。
The large-scale aircraft is the trend of aviation in future, and the wide use of composite materials accelerates the use of titanium alloy material. Aviation manufacturing development is restricted by the large titanium alloys forming and manufac- turing issues. Titanium alloy laser forming technology employs metal powder as raw material, and form a new type of structure part through laser melting deposition, from which the large complex aircraft structure design and manufacturing greatly bene- fit. The analysis of the manufacture application and advantages of laser forming technology in the large-scale titanium alloy structure, which is meaningful for titanium alloy application and manufacturing.
