The prairie poetry in ancient China, which took the prairie in northern China as the theme in writing model, were characterized distinctively by their texts that reflected in aspects such as aesthetic features, dispositional styles and emotional cores. The broad landscape poetic scene, epical poetic style and dynamic characteristics, which were shown superficially in the texts, had enriched the content of the poetry in ancient China and exhibited various forms of poetic aesthetic feeling. The changeable and complex sense of homeland existing in deep emotion had highlighted the implicit diversity of connotation, the foreign assimilation and the heterogeneous tolerance of understanding in the prairie poetry in ancient China. On the levels of both text and emotion, the prairie poetry in ancient China had completed its poetic construction and transcended the traditional poetic paradigm in aspects such image use, theme enlargement and emotional expression.
