Warm deformation behavior and Hansel-Spittel of constitutive model of GCr15SiMn steel

摘要 GCr15Si Mn钢是高碳、高铬轴承用钢,比GCr15钢有更高的耐磨性和淬透性。为研究该钢材的温变形行为,采用拉伸试验机对该钢材在变形温度为550-800℃、应变速率为0.01-0.2 s^-1的参数范围内进行了拉伸试验。基于Hansel-Spittel模型建立了该材料的流变应力模型,通过与试验数据对比验证了该模型的准确性,试验值和预测值之间的相关系数为0.93,说明本文所建立的Hansel-Spittel模型能够准确预测GCr15Si Mn钢的温变形特性。 GCr15 Si Mn steel is high carbon and high chromium bearing alloy,which has higher wear resistance and hardenability than GCr15 steel. The warm deformation behavior of GCr15 Si Mn steel was investigated with a tensile test on a tensile testing machine in temperature range of 550-800 ℃ and strain rate range of 0. 01-0. 2 s^-1. The flow stress model is established based on Hansel-Spittel model. The model accuracy has been verified in this paper by comparing with the test data. The correlation coefficient of test and predicted value is 0. 93,which shows the Hansel-Spittel model established in this paper can accurately predict the warm deformation characteristics of GCr15 Si Mn steel.
