含Ti镍铝青铜合金的人工海水冲蚀行为 被引量:2

Erosion behavior of nickel-aluminium bronze alloy with Ti addition under artificial sea water environment

摘要 针对海洋工况设计了添加Ti和不添加Ti的两种镍铝青铜合金。在MCF-30型冲蚀磨损试验机上,对比研究了冲蚀角度和冲蚀速度对两种镍铝青铜合金在人工海水条件下的冲蚀性能影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜分析了合金表面冲蚀形貌,且分析了合金的冲蚀机理。结果表明:冲蚀速度为8.8 m/s时,两种材料均表现出脆性材料的冲蚀行为。在冲蚀速度为14.65 m/s时,Cu-7Ni-7Al-2Fe-2Mn表现出脆性材料的冲蚀行为,而Cu-7Ni-7Al-2Fe-2Mn-2Ti表现出塑性材料的冲蚀行为。 Two kinds of nickel-aluminum bronze alloys with or without Ti addition were developed for marine conditions. Effects of erosion angles and erosion velocities on the erosion properties under artificial sea water condition were investigated by means of MCF-30 erosion wear testing machine. The eroded surface morphologies of alloys were analyzed by using a scanning electron microscope( SEM),and the corrosive erosion mechanisms were investigated. The results show that under erosion velocity of 8. 8 m/s,the erosion wear mechanisms of Cu-7 Ni-7 Al-7 Fe-2 Fe-2 Mn and Cu-7 Ni-7 Al-7 Fe-2 Fe-2 Mn-2 Ti alloys are mainly dominated by brittle materials erosion mechanism. Under erosion velocity of 14. 65 m/s,the Cu-7 Ni-7 Al-2 Fe-2 Mn alloy presents the erosion behavior of the brittle materials,while the Cu-7 Ni-7 Al-2 Fe-2 Mn-2 Ti alloy shows the erosion behavior of the plastic materials.
