摘要
通过对不同热处理工艺下得到的60Si2Mn钢弹性挡圈进行显微组织观察、弹性试验及硬度测试,分析得出采用690℃热校平后,以自由放置的方式进行860℃真空油淬火、450℃井式炉回火得到的试片呈现良好的综合力学性能,该热处理工艺条件可满足弹性挡圈的性能要求。
The microstructure observation,elastic test and hardness test of 60 Si2 Mn steel circlip treated by different heat treatment process were carried out. The results show that when heat leveled at 690 ℃ and then austenitized in the unrestrainted loading state at 860 ℃ in vacuum furnace and oil quenched,and finally tempered at 450 ℃ in pit-typed furnace,the 60 Si2 Mn steel circlip sample can obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties and meet the technical requirements.
