摘要
根据离合器膜片弹簧的应用特点及性能需求,采用高频淬火工艺对膜片弹簧进行分离指端热成型及表面硬化。分析膜片弹簧高频淬火工艺流程,针对现阶段国内高频淬火工艺的不足,提出了感应加热、淬火的工艺优化方案及配套自动化装备的改进设计。在保证生产成本的基础上,提高了膜片弹簧力学性能的稳定性,使用寿命及产品竞争力。
On the basis of the applied characteristic of the clutch diaphragm spring and its requirement,a high frequency quenching process was applied to the hot-forming and surface hardening of the separation finger end of diaphragm spring. The high-frequency quenching process of the diaphragm spring was analyzed,in order to improve the present stage disadvantages of high-frequency quenching and the ways of inductive heating,the optimization schema of quenching and its auxiliary automation equipment were designed. It can improve the mechanical properties of diaphragm spring,increase its service life and strengthen its competitiveness on the basis of ensuring the production cost.
