黑色PI薄膜亚光度降低对薄膜性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用原位聚合法将消光粉和碳黑与聚酰胺酸(PAA)复合,制备了不同消光粉添加量的亚光黑色聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。结果表明:随着消光粉添加量的增加,薄膜的光泽度和电气强度逐渐下降,力学性能先升高后降低。当光泽度为25 GU以下,薄膜呈低亚光效果时,拉伸强度仍能保持110 MPa,电气强度不低于80 k V/mm;当薄膜呈无光效果时,薄膜的拉伸强度也能达到95 MPa,电气强度为75 k V/mm,能够满足电子产品用低亚光或无光黑色PI薄膜对力学性能和电气强度的要求。 Matt black polyimide(PI) films with different content of matting agent were prepared by the composite of matting agent and carbon black with polyamide acid(PAA) using in-situ polymerization method. The results show that with the increase of matting agent, the glossiness and electrical strength of the films decrease gradually, while the mechanical properties increase at first and then decreased.When the glossiness is less than 25 GU and the film shows low matt, the tensile strength of the PI film is 110 MPa and the electrical strength is no less than 80 k V/mm; when the film shows dark, its tensile strength can still reach 95 MPa and the electrical strength is 75 k V/mm, which meets the requirements of mechanical properties and electrical strength of low matt or dark black PI films for electronic products.
