摘要
系统地介绍了一种无装配界面挤出模注式接头的结构设计方法及制造工艺流程。结合工程应用实例,重点分析了接头制作过程的控制要点及注意事项,并进行相关试验。结果表明:依据该设计理念研发的110k V挤出模注式接头顺利通过了型式试验,验证了设计原理及制造工艺的正确性。此外,还探讨了110 k V XLPE电缆线路接头安装后交接试验的相关规定,并提出了交接试验方案的选择原则。
The structural design method and manufacturing process of an extrusion molded joint without assemble interface were introduced systematically. Combining with the engineering application cases, the control points and matters needing attention in making process of the joints were emphatically analyzed,and relevant experiments were carried out. The results show that the 110 k V extrusion molded joint developed according to the concept passes the type test successfully, so that the correctness of the design principle and manufacturing process are verified. Besides, the relevant rules of commissioning tests of 110 k V XLPE cable after joint installation are discussed, and the selection principles of commission test are proposed.
