基于NO_x-MAP的SCR闭环控制方法降低NO_x排放的研究

摘要 提出了基于NO_x-MAP的SCR闭环控制方法。详细介绍了SCR闭环控制系统的构成,NO_x-MAP的建立以及SCR闭环控制策略。WHSC和WHTC排放试验结果表明:采用基于NO_xMAP的SCR闭环控制方法能有效降低NO_x排放,同时可有效减少因不恰当的尿素喷射导致的NH3逃逸,从而使车用柴油机NO_x排放满足国六标准。 The closed-loop control method for SCR which based on NOx-MAP is presented. The constitu- tion of the closed-loop control system for SCR, the creation of NOx-MAP and the strategy of closed-loop control are described in detail. The results of WHSC and WHTC emission experiments indicate that this method of closed-loop control based on NOx-MAP could effectively reduce NO, from engines as well as NH3 escape caused by incorrect urea injection, therefore it makes the NOx emissions of vehicle engines satisfied with China VI Phase standard.
