摘要
利用超声波技术辅助提取椰枣核色素,并采用响应面法优化提取工艺参数。结果表明,乙醇体积分数、超声时间和料液比均显著影响吸光度,超声时间影响最大,而乙醇体积分数影响最小;乙醇体积分数与料液比的相互作用显著影响吸光度;最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数81%、超声时间35 min、料液比1︰31 g/m L。此条件下的吸光度为2.473。
Ultrasonic technology was used to extract date kernel pigment,and response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction parameters.The results showed that the effect of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio on the absorbance was significant,while the effect of ultrasonic time was the greatest,and ethanol concentration was the least.The interaction between ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio had significant effect on the absorbance.The optimal extraction parameters were ethanol concentration of 81%,ultrasonic time of 35 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1︰31 g/m L.Under this condition,the absorbance was 2.473.
