摘要 为了提高炒菜自动化程度,设计出一种新型的智能炒菜机。深入剖析对炒菜机的工艺过程,研讨了炒菜机锅具及送料装置两关键机构的构造与控制问题。运用CAD软件对智能炒菜机各关键机构进行建模与仿真,得到其炒勺的位移和加速度等运动学参数,为实验样机的优化设计提供根据。运用PLC对炒菜过程进行控制,采用模块化的编程思想先设计炒菜机各执行机构控制程序,再根据每一道菜的制作工艺编写梯形图程序。以一道家常菜"青椒炒肉"为应用案例,对智能炒菜机进行程序编制和运行,通过与实际炒菜效果的对比,验证了基于CAD和PLC协同的智能炒菜机设计方法的可行性。 In order to improve the automation degree of cooking,a new kind of intelligent stir-frying machine is designed.This paper analyzes the process of the cooking machine and discusses the construction and control of the two key organs of the cooking machine and the feeding device.Using CAD software to model and simulate the key mechanism of intelligent stir-frying machine,the kinematics parameters such as displacement and acceleration of the stir-fry are obtained,which can provide the basis for the optimization design of the experimental prototype.Using the PLC to control the cooking process,the modularized programming thought is used to design the control procedures of the executing agency of the stir-frying machine,and then the trapezoid graph program is prepared according to the production process of each dish.With a home cooking "green pepper fry meat" as the application case,the intelligent cooking machine programming and operation,through the comparison with the actual effect of cooking,verified based on the intelligent CAD and PLC together cooking machine design method is feasible.
