Advances in the Separation and Purification of Bioactive Proteins

摘要 生物体是天然活性蛋白质的宝库,近年来,越来越多具有生物活性的蛋白质被发现和研究,在生物制药、营养食品等方面具有广阔的应用前景。然而,分离纯化的技术与策略将影响天然蛋白的活性与功能,以及相关的经济效益。基于目前研究现状,对生物活性蛋白质的分离纯化技术进行了综述。 Biosome is the most ideal sources of naturally bioactive proteins.In recent years,more and more bioactive proteins have been found and studied,and these proteins have a bright future in the application of biopharmaceuticals and functional foods.However,the techniques and strategies of separation and purification processes have an important impact on the activities,functions,as well as economic benefits of bioactive proteins.The advances in separation and purification of bioactive proteins are reviewed based on the current researches and reports.
