益生菌/益生元对婴幼儿健康作用的研究进展

Advances in Research on Health Benefits of Probiotic and Prebiotic in Infants and Young Children

婴幼儿免疫系统发育不完全,抵抗力低,易患多种疾病,如腹泻、便秘、过敏性疾病等。目前益生菌/益生元调节肠道微生物菌群平衡,促进肠道健康功能已被临床试验证实,而在婴幼儿免疫功能、过敏性疾病方面预防与治疗方面观点不一。对益生菌/益生元在婴幼儿健康作用进行综述,阐明了婴幼儿常见疾病发病机理与治疗机制,为益生菌/益生元的实际应用提供些许参考。

Infant and young children with immaturity and poor immune system are at the high risk of diseases like diarrhea,constipation and allergic disease.There is a general agreement on the important role of the probiotic/prebiotic in regulating the balance of intestinal microbiota and promoting intestinal health.However,no sufficient evidence showes that positive effects on immunity improvement and allergic disease prevention.Aim to review the health benefits of probiotic and prebiotic in infants and young children,so as to put forward reference on the application on probiotic and prebiotic.
