摘要
针对因时钟电池欠压造成表计报警或时钟混乱的问题,分析因电池质量、电池钝化、软件设计缺陷等因素对时钟电池的影响,在实验室环境下,结合具体故障案例,重点研究了电池欠压下对表计误差、表计计时、计费、远程费控、冻结数据5个性能指标的影响,并从硬件、软件、电网选型等多角度提出了目前较为可行的电池欠压故障问题解决方案。
By the clock battery voltage meter alarm clock or confusing problems,this paper analyzes the quality of battery,battery passivation and the software design flaws on the influence of the clock battery,in the laboratory environment, combined with the specific failure case,studies the influence on the five performance indexs,such as the meter error,the meter timing,the charging,the remote cost control and the freeze the data during battery under-voltage,and from the hardware,software,and the grid selection,proposes the current battery undervoltage fault solutions to problems.
