基于用户驱动的数字图书馆专题资源库建设

On the User-Driven Construction of Digital Library Subject Resource Database

在对数字图书馆专题资源库建设现状和问题作分析后,指出专题资源库要以用户驱动为发展方向,实现专题资源库转型发展。基于用户驱动的数字图书馆专题资源库建设原则应包括将用户需求贯穿于专题资源库建设整个过程,采用元数据存储与管理数字资源,通过统一身份认证方法保护知识产权。最后介绍了武汉大学图书馆与学院合作构建边界与海洋研究资源门户的实践探索及成效,并展望了数字图书馆专题资源库建设方向。

This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the construction of thematic database for digital library,and points out that the thematic resource database should be user-driven. The construction principle of user-driven thematic resource database should include that user needs should be run through the whole process of thematic resource database construction,metadata should be used to store and manage digital resources,and intellectual property rights should be protected by using uniform identity authentication method. In the end, this paper introduces the practical exploration and effect of constructing boundary and marine research resource portal by the cooperation between Wuhan University Library and Institute, and looks forward to the construction direction of digital library thematic resource database.
