基于社会化媒体的公共图书馆健康信息服务现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Public Library Health Information Service Based on Social Media

为了使公共图书馆能够满足用户对健康信息不断扩展的需求,更好地提供健康信息服务,首先明确了基于社会化媒体开展公共图书馆健康信息服务的基础概念。其次,主要从数量和内容两方面调查了我国35个公共图书馆利用社会化媒体开展健康信息服务的现状,对其中存在的不足进行了分析。以此认为公共图书馆可以从完善培训机制、加强与专业机构合作、寻求资金和政策的支持及扩大健康信息服务的宣传4个方面促进基于社会化媒体的健康信息服务的开展。

In order to meet the ever growing needs for health information and provide users with a better health information service,the paper first identify the basic concept of public library health information service based on social media. Then it investigates the current situations of 35 public libraries using social media to carry out the health information service from both quantity and content,and analyzes the deficiency of it. The authors argue that the health information service based on social media can be improved from four aspects： perfecting the training mechanism,strengthening the cooperation with professional organizations,seeking funding and policy support,and expanding the publicity of health information service.
