美国地理科学数据服务平台建设调查研究

Investigation and Research on Geoscience Data Service Platforms in the United States

以美国四个代表性地理科学数据服务平台为例,为我国科学数据服务平台的建设与发展提供启示与借鉴。以网络调研的方法对地理科学数据服务平台建设现状和服务内容进行对比分析,总结数据检索、新闻推送、数字地图等平台服务功能,辨析特色之处。针对我国科学数据服务平台的发展现状,从资金来源、数据上传与管理系统、招募志愿者等方面提出发展建议,以促进我国科学数据服务平台的特色化发展。

This paper discusses four representative geoscience data service platforms in the United States, aiming at providing enlightenment and suggestions for the construction and development of China ＇ s scientific data service platforms. This paper contrasts and analyzes the construction status and service content of geoscience data service platform with Internet research methods,summarizes data retrieval,newsfeed,digital map and other platform service functions,and points out the features. Based on the current situation of the development of Chinese scientific data service platform,this paper proposes some suggestions from several aspects such as the source of funds, data upload and management system and volunteer recruitment to promote the characteristic development of China＇ s scientific data service platforms.
