数字化环境下高校图书馆用户信息行为分析

Analysis of University Library Users' Information Behavior in the Digital Environment

大数据时代的到来将图书馆置于数字化环境中,"互联网+图书馆"成为图书馆发展的必然趋势。文章以数字化环境下高校图书馆用户信息行为问卷调查数据为基础,分析高校图书馆本科生、研究生和教师三类用户信息需求认知行为、信息获取行为、信息吸收利用行为、信息交流行为的共性和差异,为图书馆保持资源优势、优化馆藏建设、巩固信息中介的核心地位提供指导性意见。

The arrival of the big data era will put the library in a digital environment,and Internet ＋ library has become the inevitable trend of library development. Based on the questionnaire survey of university library users ＇information behavior in digital environment,this article analyzes the characteristics,commonalities and differences of three kinds of users of undergraduates, graduate students and teachers in four kinds of information behaviors： information needs cognition behavior, information acquisition behavior, information absorption and utilization behavior, information exchange behavior. And finally,it proposes some constructive suggestions on how library keeps its resource superrority,optimizes its collection construction,and consolidates the core position of its information intermediary.
