“双一流”大学图书馆学科服务调查分析

A Study on Current Situation and Development Strategy of the Subject Service of Double First Class University Libraries

学科服务自1998年开始实施以来,理论研究方兴未艾,但其实践现状不尽人意,所以研究"双一流"大学图书馆学科服务有利于对高校图书馆学科服务有一个全面的了解与认识,具有重要的现实意义与价值。文章运用文献与网络调查方法,分析比较42所"双一流"大学图书馆在学科服务制度、学科服务内容、学科服务方式等方面的差异,总结其存在的问题。学科服务嵌入用户学习、教学、科研的全过程,根据用户需求环境而发生变化,进而提出通过完善学科服务制度、丰富学科服务内容、拓展学科服务等策略,以期提升大学图书馆学科服务水平。

After the implementation of subject service since 1998,the theoretical research of it is in the ascendant,but the practical research is less than satisfactory,so it is of great significance to study the subject service of the libraries of Double First Class Universities, which benefits a comprehensive understanding of the service. The paper analyzes and compares the differences of the subject service systems, contents, and modes of libraries of 42 Double First Class Universities,and summarizes the existing problems. The subject service, which is embedded in the whole process of learning,teaching,and scientific research,changes according to the users＇ requirement environment. The author argues that in order to improve the service level of university libraries, the subject service system should be improved, the content should be enriched,and subject service modes should be expanded.
