孔门师生互动之于一流大学教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Interaction between Confucius and His Students to First-class Universities

一流大学的根本在于一流人才的培育,人才培育的理想在于成就高素养的全人,而通识教育显然是实现这一目标的有效途径。孔门师生互动中传达出的敬畏生命、为仁由己、为学在己等品质彰显了通识教育的价值追求。在一流大学的语境中实施精英教育,需要坚持分类原则。孔子对学生既"有教无类",又"因材施教"。孔门师生间积极的互动、开放的氛围与孔子宽严相济的风格及其展现的人格魅力对后世贤才雅士的培育提供了优良的范本,其间所展现的教育经典言行依然值得当下"双一流"大学建设借鉴。

The foundation of first-class universities is the cultivation of first-class talents,and the aim of it is cultivating whole persons with good comprehensive ability,which could be effectively achieved by general education. Teacher-student interaction between Confucius and his students conveys these ideas about reverence for life,＂benevolence depending on oneself＂and＂learning for oneself＂,which greatly meet the values of general education. Furthermore,carrying out elite education in first-class universities,we should put classifications into practice just as Confucius＂providing education for all classes without distinction＂as well as＂teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes＂. Lastly,Confucius and his students actively interacted with each other in an open atmosphere,and Confucius treated his students not only strictly but also gently with his personality charisma,which is an excellent model for talents cultivation nowadays,and those classic ideas and experience derived from it can still provide long-lasting enlightenment for＂Double First-class＂universities.
