摘要 高等教育学学科建设困惑存在于学科基础、学科地位、学科属性、学科分类四个方面。国内外不同语境下对"高等教育学"的理解差异明确了学科基础困惑的突破应立足于科学发展视角,从学理性上重视和形成属于高等教育学学科的规范和惯例。学科地位之争的解答需要学理性和学科建制合理性的双重支撑。独立性和多科性的学科属性悖论的破解在于厘清理论构建与问题解决的关系。学科分类视野下高等教育学学科建设离合现状忧虑的破解在于增强学科建设中研究的客观性和解释的深刻性,杜绝高等教育学研究中的经验化、低水平化、唯视角化现象。基于高等教育学研究的复杂性,可采取自上而下与自下而上相结合的学科建设策略。 The confusion of the construction of higher education discipline can be classified as four cruxs,which are the discipline foundation,the status of the subject,the attribute of the subject and the classification of the subject. It is clear that the breakthrough of the confusion about subject foundation should be based on the perspective of scientific development,pay attention to and form the norms of the subject of higher education from the academic reason with differences in the understanding of "higher education" in different contexts at home and abroad. The answer to the dispute of subject status needs the dual support of academic rationality and institutional of discipline construction. It is the key to clarify the relationship between theoretical construction and problem solving on solving paradox between independence and versatility. It is the key to enhance the objectivity and depth of interpretation on solving the current situation of the separation of higher education discipline from the perspective of discipline classification,to stop situation of the empirical,low level,and the only visual angle in the research of higher education. Based on the complexity of the research object of higher education,we can adopt the discipline construction strategy which is based on the combination of top-down and bottom-up.
