教育投入、时空效应与经济增长——兼论教育投入对经济增长的“效率与公平”作用

Educational Investment,Time and Space Effect and China 's Economic Growth

在我国着力推进供给侧结构性改革的宏观背景下,教育投入作为重要的供给要素之一,对经济增长的影响不容忽视。通过构建空间动态面板杜宾模型能够检验教育投入对我国省级层面经济增长的时空效应,结果表明:时间维度上,教育投入对经济增长具有促进作用,且长期效应大于短期效应;空间维度上,教育投入不仅对于本地区经济增长具有直接的推动作用,还会对周边地区经济增长产生正向溢出效应,存在区域协同发展现象,由此说明教育投入对经济增长的"效率与公平"作用能够兼顾。

Under the macro background of our country＇s efforts to promote the supply-side structural reform,educational investment is one of a important supply factors,and its influence on economic growth can not be neglected. This paper constructs a spatial dynamic panel dubin model and analyzes the time and space effect of educational investment on economic growth in China. The results show that the educational investment has a positive effect on the economic growth in the time dimension,while its long-term effect is greater than short-term effect. In the spatial dimension,the educational investment not only has a direct role in promoting the local economic growth,but also has a positive spillover effect on the surrounding regional economic growth,which means a regional synergistic development. Thus,the efficiency and equity effects of educational investment can be simultaneously taken into account.
