我国地方高等师范院校效率评价——基于SE-DEA模型分析

Efficiency Evaluation of Local Higher Normal Colleges in China

基于SE-DEA模型对我国25所地方高等师范院校进行效率评价,研究结果表明:我国大部分地方高等师范院校呈现无效率状态;非效率地方高等师范院校物质资源短缺,学生和教师资源丰富;地方高等师范院校研究生培养和科研产出不足。提高我国地方高等师范院校效率应依据科学合理的效率评价结果分配资源,增加物质资源供给,加强院校内部资源利用和转化,鼓励和培养学生的创新精神。

The results,according to the study on efficiency evalution of China＇s 25 local normal universities based on the SE-DEA model,indicate that：most of the local normal universities have no efficiency. Those with no efficiency are facing shortage of material resources but abundant resources of teachers and students;and the postgraduate education the research output are insufficient. To improve the efficiency of local higher normal universities,we should allocate resources based on scientific and reasonable results of efficiency evaluation,increase the supply of material resources,strengthen the utilization and transformation of resources within schools,and encourage and cultivate students＇ innovative spirit.
