摘要
哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,反复的炎症损伤与组织修复可导致气道重塑。气道上皮间质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)在哮喘的气道重塑中发挥了重要作用。转化生长因子β,核因子‐κB和溴结构域蛋白4等多种细胞因子及信号通路参与了EMT的分子调控。
Asthma is a chronic infl ammatory disease of the airway. Repeated infl ammatory injury and tissue repair can lead to airway remodeling. Th e airway epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT) plays an important role in airway remodeling of asthma. Various cytokines and signaling pathways, such as transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and bromodomaincontaining protein 4 (BRD4), are involved in the molecular regulation of EMT.
